Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM – Compensation module
Strong knowledge of Fast Formulas (creation, testing, debugging)
Experience with HCM Extracts and HCM Data Loader (HDL)
Proficiency in OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
Experience with BIP (BI Publisher) for custom report creation
Strong SQL skills for data validation and reporting
Experience in system configuration and change impact analysis
Proven ability to perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Experience supporting patches, upgrades, and system releases
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve support tickets (Tier 2 level)
Experience coordinating with HR stakeholders, IT/Digital teams, and vendors
Strong documentation skills for configurations and testing steps
Understanding of data governance and security protocols
