Payroll Associate Manager

Location- Malad, Mumbai

Designation- Payroll Specialist (Associate Manager)

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Payroll:

  Manage the complete payroll cycle, including data processing, calculations (salaries, bonuses, deductions), and disbursements.

• Compliance:

  Ensure strict adherence to all Indian labour laws, income tax, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax regulations. Ensure zero observation in Audit.

• Reconciliation & Reporting:

  Perform monthly/annual payroll reconciliations and generate various reports for management and finance.

• Employee Support:

  Address payroll-related queries and provide guidance to employees.

• System Management:

  Maintain and optimize payroll systems, identifying opportunities for process improvements.

• Record Keeping:

  Maintain accurate, confidential payroll records.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience:

  4-8 years of dedicated experience in end-to-end payroll management, preferably within

  financial services, banking, or Life-insurance.

• Education:

  MBA in HR or Masters in Labour Laws is highly preferred.

• Soft Skills:

  Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, high integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
