We’re Hiring: Payroll Manager Location: Mohali Company: Aspire Teleservices Email to Apply: hr@aspireteleservices.com ⸻ 🧾 Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) • Handle salary disbursements, reimbursements, and incentive calculations • Maintain accurate employee payroll records and resolve discrepancies • Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Compliance teams for smooth payroll execution • Process full & final settlements, bonus payouts, and tax declarations • Generate monthly payroll reports and MIS as required • Stay updated with labor laws and statutory amendments ⸻ ✅ Requirements: • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field • 8+ years of proven experience in payroll management (preferably in a BPO setup) • Strong knowledge of payroll software (e.g., Saral, GreytHR, etc.) • Detail-oriented with excellent Excel and analytical skills • Good understanding of income tax, PF/ESI, gratuity, and wage laws • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities ⸻ 💼 What We Offer: • Competitive salary and benefits • Collaborative work culture • Growth and learning opportunities • Exposure to full-cycle payroll operations 📩 Interested candidates can email their resume to 📧 hr@aspireteleservices.com 📞 Contact: 7719789839 / 7696996788
