Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Manage. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a presentable demeanor, and deep expertise in end-to-end payroll management. You will be responsible for overseeing payroll operations and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations while supporting organizational growth in the dynamic energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on time for all employees.
• Ensure compliance with statutory laws and internal policies related to payroll and taxation.
• Handle payroll audits and coordinate with external/internal auditors.
• Maintain payroll records, employee data, and generate reports as required by management.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll-related queries.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for smooth processing and reconciliation.
• Stay updated with changing tax and payroll laws relevant to the renewable energy sector.
• Support expansion and payroll integration for new locations or business verticals.
• Requirements:
• Experience: 5 to 10 years of hands-on payroll experience, preferably in the Renewable Energy sector (Wind/Solar).
• Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of payroll systems, taxation, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
• Presentation: Well-groomed and presentable, with a professional demeanor.
• Tools: Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, ADP, GreytHR, etc.) and MS Excel.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
