Job Description

As a Deputy HR Manager, your role will involve managing various HR functions with a specific focus on PF, ESIC, compliance, and challan. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling PF related matters efficiently - Managing ESIC processes effectively - Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations - Processing challans accurately In addition to the tasks mentioned, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions in the absence of the HR manager. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience. The approximate salary package for this role ranges from 25k to 30k. This is a full-time position that offers benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is in the morning shift, and a yearly bonus is also provided. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree - Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR - Total work experience of 4 years - 1 year of experience in compliance Please note that the work location for this position is in person.,
