Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Payroll Executive located in Jaipur. The Payroll Executive will be responsible for managing payroll administration, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining precise payroll records, calculating employee compensation, and addressing payroll-related inquiries. The role involves working closely with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll operations.

Qualifications

• Experience of 6 months to 2 years in Payroll Administration and Payroll Management
• Advance skills in excel and google sheets
• Proficiency in Payroll Processing and related software
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with employees and departments
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial data
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the automation for the payroll.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
