Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Processing

Process monthly payroll for all employees with accuracy.
Maintain and update employee salary structures, allowances, deductions, and attendance data.
Validate timesheets, overtime, leave records, and shift data.
Manage reimbursements, incentives, arrears, and full & final settlements.
Ensure on-time salary disbursement.

Statutory Compliance

Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, LWF, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, and other state/central regulations.
Prepare and file statutory returns within deadlines.
Generate challans and coordinate with finance for payments.

Data Management & Reporting

Maintain payroll data, employee master, and salary registers.
Prepare monthly MIS reports such as salary summary, variance report, overtime report, and cost analysis.
Assist in audits and provide the required payroll documents.

Employee Support

Address payroll-related queries from employees.
Coordinate with HR & Finance for smooth payroll operations.

Skills & Qualifications

Education

Any Graduate

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
Understanding of statutory compliance.
Familiarity with attendance & payroll management systems.

Soft Skills

Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Time management and problem-solving abilities.
