Job Description

We are looking for "Payroll Executive" with related to NAPS/NATS compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Processing
: Calculate and distribute wages, overtime, bonuses, and commissions accurately and on schedule.
NAPS & NATS Registration
: candidate and Establishment on the Portal.
ROP :
To file the ROP for NATS
Payroll processing
Through the NAPS Portal
Assessment and Certification
Record Management
: Maintain detailed and confidential payroll records, including pay history, tax documents, and benefits data.
Compliance
: Ensure adherence to all NAPS and NATS regulations.
Employee Support
: Address employee questions and resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently.
Reporting
: Generate and distribute necessary payroll reports to management and relevant departments.
Collaboration
: Work closely with HR (onboarding/offboarding) and Finance (audits/reporting).
System Updates
: Stay current with changes in payroll regulations and update systems as needed
