Payments Product and Portfolio Execution Lead (ONEPAY) - SVP

The responsibilities for this role include strategic leadership, where you will conduct market analysis to inform regional market strategies, own the product portfolio roadmap, and develop a "test and learn" roadmap to validate decisions. You will also be responsible for exploring innovative ideas and solutions beyond the current product/service offering. In terms of execution and delivery, you will translate strategic goals into actionable product requirements, prioritize and manage the product roadmap, and work closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle. You will also conduct gap analysis, resolve cross-project dependencies, and track the performance of features post-launch. Additionally, you will participate in agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with business objectives and market demands. Team and stakeholder management are crucial aspects of this role, where you will lead and mentor multiple teams, manage team performance, communicate and negotiate with internal stakeholders, and build strong relationships with external partners and vendors. You will also need to influence and align stakeholders across different functions and departments. Risk management and compliance are key responsibilities, requiring you to proactively identify and mitigate risks, promote a culture of compliance and ethical conduct, and safeguard Citigroup, its clients, and assets. Qualifications for this position include 10+ years of relevant experience, with 5-7+ years in a managerial capacity, experience in a regulated environment focusing on privacy and security, and familiarity with AI and ML technologies. You should have demonstrated leadership abilities, expertise in Design Thinking methodology, a strong understanding of consumer product development, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, and a Master's degree is considered beneficial. Bonus points will be awarded for experience in building developer-focused tools and platforms, as well as familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
