Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad for a Payment Poster. The Payment Poster will be responsible for posting payments and adjustments to patient accounts accurately and efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include verifying and reconciling posted batches, resolving any discrepancies or errors in a timely manner, and ensuring compliance with all applicable policies and procedures. The role also involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, collaborating with other team members to support the billing cycle, and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in payment posting, revenue cycle management, and medical billing
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Proficiency in using relevant billing and revenue cycle management software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
