Umamicasa is building practical, outcome-driven initiatives at the intersection of technology, education, and real-world execution. Our focus is on creating employability-first AI training programs that deliver measurable results.

We are looking for a high-ownership Partnership Manager who can independently build and close institutional partnerships and drive a minimum of 300 student enrollments within 30 days from colleges, universities, and schools.

Role Overview

The Partnership Manager will be responsible for onboarding educational institutions for Umamicasa's AI Training Program and ensuring strong student participation. This is a performance-driven, commission-only role, ideal for professionals who thrive on ownership, persistence, and end-to-end execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, approach, and onboard colleges, universities, and educational institutionsDrive a minimum enrollment of 300 students within 30 days through institutional partnershipsOwn the complete partnership lifecycle: outreach, pitching, negotiation, closure, and follow-upsClearly communicate the value proposition of Umamicasa's AI Training Program to academic stakeholdersManage multiple institutional accounts and build long-term relationshipsCoordinate internally to align program delivery, schedules, and assessmentsTrack enrollments and ensure successful conversion of all enrolled studentsEligibility & RequirementsExperience: 24 years in B2B sales or partnerships with schools, colleges, or universitiesMandatory experience building long-term partnerships in the education, EdTech, or corporate training sectorProven track record of institutional partnership developmentStrong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skillsFluent in English, Hindi, and at least one regional languageBased in Delhi and comfortable with frequent on-ground meetingsHighly proactive and capable of working independently without supervisionStrong problem-solving mindset with a never-give-up attitudeCompensation StructureCommission-based engagement20% commission on total revenue generated from enrolled students, aligned with defined targetsWho This Role Is ForSelf-driven partnership professionals who value ownership and accountabilityIndividuals comfortable with aggressive targets, ambiguity, and execution-heavy rolesProfessionals who can close institutional partnerships without hand-holdingBuilders who prioritize outcomes and impact over titlesIf you are confident in your ability to build partnerships, bring students at scale, and grow an employability initiative from the ground up, share your resume at [HIDDEN TEXT]
