Position: Partnership Manager/ Community Manager (Preferably with EdTech Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Partnership Manager to lead and manage collaborations with colleges, startups, corporates, and professional communities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the EdTech sector, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to build, nurture, and scale long-term partnerships that directly drive revenue generation and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new colleges, startups, and corporates for partnerships.

Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure smooth coordination.

Develop and execute outreach strategies to achieve defined partnership and revenue targets.

Manage communications, MOUs, and ensure timely follow-ups and deliverables.

Support event execution, marketing campaigns, and community engagement initiatives.

Drive measurable business outcomes — partnerships here are performance- and revenue-driven.

Lead and manage a team to ensure efficient execution of partnership and outreach objectives.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Growth, or EdTech.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Strong business acumen with a focus on achieving revenue generation and tangible results.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven mindset.

Proficiency in Google Sheets, CRM tools, and reporting.

Open to relocate to Jaipur | On-site work.
