Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Development
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize partnership opportunities aligned with organizational goals and market expansion plans.
- Conduct thorough market research to assess potential partners, competitors, and emerging trends to inform partnership strategy.
- Develop data-driven business cases and proposals for new partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and ROI expectations.
- Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (marketing, product, sales, and operations) and external partners to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
- Manage partnership lifecycles — from negotiation and contract execution to performance tracking and renewal.
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute partnership strategies that drive user acquisition, revenue growth, or product innovation.
- Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable partnership initiatives with measurable KPIs.
- Monitor partnership performance, analyze metrics, and generate insights for continuous improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to co-create go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and joint initiatives.
- Ensure seamless internal coordination to deliver value to partners and end users.
- Advocate for partner needs internally while balancing organizational priorities.
- Negotiation & Contract Management
- Lead discussions and negotiations around partnership terms, ensuring fair value and compliance with company policies.
- Draft and review partnership agreements in collaboration with the legal and finance teams.
- Performance & Reporting
- Track partnership impact through metrics such as revenue contribution, engagement, retention, and brand reach.
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations for leadership on partnership performance, risks, and new opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-7 years of proven experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management roles.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, negotiate, and manage complex partnerships with measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional, and dynamic environments.
