As a Manager of Business Growth & Partnerships at Xcellify, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our unique ecosystem for students. Your primary responsibility will be to attract and onboard new partners through various online and offline channels and campaigns. **Role Overview:** Xcellify is an all-in-one digital solution for students, offering a wide range of curated service providers across education, lifestyle, extracurricular activities, study finance, accommodation, merchandise, and more. Our goal is to provide students with the necessary tools to excel in their careers and lives, all accessible through desktop or smartphone. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive business growth by acquiring sellers and vendors that cater to the needs of students - Develop and nurture partnerships with various product and service providers serving students - Onboard partnerships with schools, colleges, and other relevant organizations for student-related activities - Establish partnerships with intermediaries to onboard vendors, service providers, and educational institutions - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business growth - Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to identify the right vendors and service providers **Qualifications Required:** - Approximately 5 years of experience in the education and e-commerce industries, or within the student ecosystem - Strong understanding and connections within the student and academic ecosystem - Experience in partnership management, business development, and marketing - Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities - Driven by targets and results - An MBA from a reputable business school is preferred, but not mandatory **Additional Company Details:** Xcellify offers: - Performance-driven fast-track career growth in a dynamic startup environment - Attractive success-based incentives - Locations in Bhubaneswar and Delhi-NCR Join us at Xcellify and be part of a team dedicated to empowering students and shaping their futures through innovative solutions and partnerships.
