We’re looking for a Partnerships & Outreach Manager who brings purpose, creativity, and people skills to the table. Someone who can help us reach more schools, communities, and organizations, build lasting relationships, and strengthen our mission of making mental health support accessible to every child who needs it. How You’ll Make a Difference Develop and implement outreach strategies that take ChildrenPlus programs to schools, NGOs, and partner organizations. Build meaningful collaborations with educators, corporates, and mental health professionals. Lead awareness initiatives, events, and campaigns that drive real change. Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and community engagement. Work closely with the leadership team to turn our mission into tangible impact. Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory) MBA or Postgraduate degree. Background in Psychology preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in partnerships, outreach, or institutional engagement. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A genuine interest in child and adolescent mental health.
