Role Overview

We are seeking a smart, research-oriented Partnerships & Alliances Intern to support VISCO’s growth strategy. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting dots between industries, discovering new opportunities, and shaping business direction.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Research & Market Intelligence

• Identify new services, technologies, and innovations (e.g., AI video analytics, IoT, robotics, drone façade cleaning, smart visitor management).

• Benchmark global business models and suggest services VISCO can introduce in India.

• Study competitors’ offerings, pricing, and alliances to find market gaps.

🔹 Partnership Development

• Map and approach complementary companies for strategic partnerships (safety tech providers, cleaning equipment suppliers, security device makers, SaaS platforms).

• Build a synergy matrix of potential partners with mutual value propositions.

• Explore distribution or reseller opportunities to expand VISCO’s portfolio.

🔹 Lead Generation & Business Expansion

• Research decision-makers in target sectors: schools, RWAs, corporate offices, and industrial clients.

• Build verified lead lists and track upcoming projects, RFPs, and tenders.

• Support sales with data-driven insights and contact information.

🔹 Ecosystem & Trend Tracking

• Monitor industry news, regulations, and emerging trends in IFM and security.

• Prepare short reports and presentations to support management decisions.

🔹 Content & Strategy Support

• Provide research inputs for partnership pitch decks, sales proposals, and thought-leadership articles.

Who Should Apply

• MBA/BBA/B.Com students or fresh graduates with an interest in business strategy, partnerships, and market research.

• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and ability to organize data clearly.

• Self-driven, curious, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
