Job Description

You will play a crucial role as a Channel Sales Manager at Keka, where you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing client and partner relationships to drive maximum revenue. Your primary focus will be on identifying high-value leads, key potential partners, and developing strategies to convert these connections into productive and profitable relationships. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and developing new partnership opportunities, managing joint go-to-market strategies with partners, facilitating pipeline reviews and business training sessions, and executing business plans to optimize partner relationships. You will also be instrumental in negotiating partnership terms, enabling collaboration between partner companies and Keka's internal team, and driving co-marketing/selling programs with internal and external stakeholders. To excel in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience in managing channel partners and complex channel relationships, preferably in a SaaS environment. You should have a proven track record of developing and executing sales channel development and marketing programs that drive revenue generation. Strong sales skills, including pricing, relationship building, and consultative selling, are essential for success in this role. Additionally, you should be self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently within company policies and targets. Excellent communication skills, hands-on experience in quota-carrying and Business Development, and the ability to analyze market and competitor data to influence partner strategy are also important for this role. As a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate closely with the Keka sales team to drive the pipeline through new and existing partnerships, serving as a liaison between Keka Sales and Partners.
