Operating in cities like Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Jaipur, and Meerut, GBG EV actively supports its partners with total operational management, including rider recruitment, insurance, GPS tracking, and maintenance. With a focus on clean mobility, GBG EV is on a mission to make green mobility profitable and accessible, shaping the future of sustainable delivery systems.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a Partnership Manager B2B at GoBabyGo EV. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and building long-term relationships with potential business partners, including key players in the delivery, logistics, and mobility industries. Other day-to-day tasks include negotiating contracts, nurturing partnerships, identifying expansion opportunities, and developing strategies to drive mutual growth and support green mobility initiatives. The role also involves tracking partnership performance, collaborating with internal teams, and reporting on key business metrics to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development and client relationship management skills, with experience in forming B2B partnerships
  • Proficient in communication, negotiation, and presentation, both written and verbal
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify business opportunities and evaluate their sustainability
  • Knowledge of the electric vehicle industry or experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, or mobility sectors is highly advantageous
  • Proven experience with project management, collaboration across teams, and delivering measurable outcomes in B2B environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Willingness to work on-site in Ghaziabad and travel as needed for partner meetings and events
