We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the timely renewal of life insurance policies by maintaining strong relationships with partners and customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional service.
• Contact partners and customers to ensure business continuity.
• Provide detailed information about policy benefits, renewal processes, and any changes in terms.
• Address any questions or concerns from customers regarding their policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of renewals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional insurance products.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Graduate.
• Experience in tele-sales, retention, collections or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of life insurance products and services.
• Experience in sales or account management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
