You’ll be responsible for: Leading end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for new product launches and sustenance campaigns. Translating product propositions into sharp, insight-led messaging and narratives that resonate with customers and partners. Owning development and delivery of product marketing assets — from launch toolkits to sales enablers to integrated campaign creatives — in partnership with agencies and internal teams. Ensuring brand consistency while adapting communication for varied cohorts, regional markets, and partner needs. Managing complex timelines and stakeholder expectations to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams. Driving campaign ideation with a customer-first mindset and ensuring strategic and executional ownership at every stage. What You’ll Bring 4–8 years of proven product marketing experience specifically within the life insurance sector. Experience managing agencies, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders, with a track record of delivering outcomes under tight timelines. Comfort with high-output, fast-paced environments where multiple launches and campaigns run simultaneously.
