1. At least 7-10 years of experience in Insurance (preferred)/ Financial services sector
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
3. Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth in a similar role.
4. Strong understanding of partnership dynamics and experience managing partner relationships.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
7. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a results-driven approach.
