Partner Programs & Investment Finance Analyst

• Support the fiscal month-end close processes including managing accruals, reconciliations and performing the variance analysis for partner programs.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting for partner programs including automation of existing and new reporting on key performance metrics
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to partner programs, incentives and investments, working closely with internal and external teams as needed.
• Review and approve the POs for partner programs and investments in accordance with established policies, budgets, and procedure
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Finance, Sales Operations, IT and Legal to drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Document procedures, workflows and best practices related to partner programs, financial processes and reconciliation.
• Support ad-hoc analysis for annual planning and budgeting cycles related to partner programs.
• Work with accounting teams on tracking and reporting partner program impact

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building and automating financial models and financial insights
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
• Minimum five years prior experience in Finance, Sales Finance & Operations, Channel Finance
• Prior experience supporting Channel/Alliances/Partner organizations and/or GTM investments is a plus
• Proficiency in MS office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and G-Suite (Sheets, Slides)
• Experience with BI and Data Visualization tools is a plus
