Job Type: Part-Time - Monday to Saturday 10am to 2pm Salary: Rs.8000 to 12000/month based on related experience and job fit. Experience in Construction Company is preferred. Job Description : We are looking for a skilled Part-Time Accountant to manage the financial work for our small-scale construction projects and one additional small business. The ideal candidate should have experience in the construction field and be familiar with project-based accounting. This job involves managing budgets, tracking project costs, preparing financial reports, and ensuring all tax rules are followed. Key Responsibilities : Project Costing : Track expenses for a project, including costs for labor, materials, and equipment. Budget Management : Create and monitor budgets for multiple projects, ensuring costs stay within planned limits. Accounts Payable & Receivable : Handle vendor invoices, manage payments, and ensure timely collections from clients. Tax Compliance : Handle GST, TDS, and other tax filings, ensuring compliance with regulations. Payroll Management : Calculate and manage wages for employees and subcontractors, including on-site workers. Financial Reporting : Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements to show the company’s financial status. Bank Reconciliation : Reconcile bank statements regularly to maintain accurate records. Inventory & Asset Management : Track inventory of construction materials and depreciation of equipment and assets. Vendor & Client Coordination : Communicate with vendors and clients for payment processing, purchase orders, and invoicing. Project Profitability Analysis : Review project finances to assess profitability and find areas to save costs. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry. Proficiency in accounting software - Tally ERP. Strong knowledge of project-based accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. Familiarity with Indian tax regulations. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
