Role Summary

Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain

  Pardot (MCAE)

  automation including:
• Engagement Studio programs
• Lead nurturing journeys
• Email campaigns, landing pages, and forms
• Implement and manage

  Pardot–Salesforce CRM integration

• Configure

  lead scoring, grading, and assignment rules

• Build and optimize

  dynamic content

  and personalization
• Manage data sync, deduplication, and data quality between Pardot and Salesforce
• Develop and maintain

  custom fields, page actions, and automation rules

• Support marketing teams with campaign setup, execution, and reporting
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Troubleshoot sync, automation, and email deliverability issues
• Ensure compliance with

  GDPR, CAN-SPAM

  , and data privacy best practices
• Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, and stakeholders
• Document solutions, processes, and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years

  of experience in

  Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Engagement Studio
• Automation rules
• Completion actions
• Dynamic lists and content
• Solid understanding of

  Salesforce CRM

  (Leads, Contacts, Campaigns)
• Experience with

  Pardot Lightning App

• Strong knowledge of

  email marketing best practices

  and deliverability
• Experience with

  HTML/CSS

  for email and landing page customization
• Strong understanding of

  B2B marketing automation workflows

• Experience in data management and reporting within Pardot & Salesforce
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a

  remote environment

Good to Have

• Salesforce

  Pardot Specialist / Consultant certification

• Experience with

  Salesforce Flow

  and basic Apex understanding
• Experience with

  third-party integrations

  (webinars, ads, analytics)
• Exposure to
