Key Responsibilities : - Outbound Calls Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads lists. - Sales Pitch Present and promote products/services to prospective customers through effective communication. - Lead Qualification Identify and qualify sales opportunities through detailed conversations with prospects. - Follow-Up Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers to provide additional information and answer any questions. - Sales Conversion Close sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. - CRM Management Accurately update and maintain customer information and sales records in the CRM system. - Feedback and ReportingProvide regular feedback on call performance and customer responses to the sales manager. - Team Collaboration Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies and share customer insights. - Customer Service Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Requirements : - Experience Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role. - Communication Skills Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive phone manner. - Sales Skills Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills. - Tech-Savvy Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. - Self-Motivation Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Education High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus. - Language Proficiency Proficiency in [insert language(s)].
