We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Job Requirements Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and emerging enterprise banking trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and competitor activity. Familiarity with UCV (Unsecured Credit Vehicle) products and services is an added advantage.
