Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Operate global PAM services based on CyberArk Privilege Cloud, Alero, CCP, SIA/DPA.
Develop scripts to automate onboarding processes for interactive and non-interactive accounts.
Create design and architecture documents for CyberArk integrations (URS, blueprints).
Prepare procedures for disaster recovery, break-glass, and emergency scenarios.
Integrate CyberArk with third-party systems (SailPoint IDN, ServiceNow, SIEM) using CyberArk REST API.
Develop reporting frameworks in PowerBI using data from CyberArk and external sources (Splunk, Sentinel).
Define and implement privileged account discovery procedures using CyberArk capabilities.
Suggest industry best practices for PAM design and lead requirement-gathering meetings.
KPI: Ensure secure, compliant, and efficient PAM operations globally.
Essential Requirements:
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
CyberArk certifications (Defender, Sentry).
Minimum 5 years in PAM domain, with at least 3 years in CyberArk solutions.
Deep expertise in CyberArk installation, configuration, and management for IT and OT environments.
Knowledge of PAM and secret management use cases (credential rotation, session management, API integrations, CCP, DPA).
Experience with CyberArk integrations and REST API usage.
Strong troubleshooting skills for complex security incidents.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and audit processes related to PAM.
Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Active Directory, and Entra ID for account integration troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Languages: Fluent in English.

Experience with Delinea Server Suite (Centrify).
Exposure to automation tools and cloud integration.
