Paid Search Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Paid Search Specialist to support the execution of high-performing Paid Search campaigns across the APAC region for a prestigious luxury hospitality client.

In this role, you will take ownership of the day-to-day campaign management, including performance tracking, analysis, and actionable insights. All delivered with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. You will work in close partnership with your lead, contribute to cross-functional collaboration, and provide support to team members to ensure campaign success in line with client objectives and agency standards.

This position is focused on the hands-on implementation, optimization, and continual refinement of Paid Search initiatives, with the goal of driving strong results against defined KPIs and strategic direction.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Deliver and optimize campaigns daily, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Implement, upload, and monitor campaigns while supervising junior staff where needed
• Partner with vendors and third-party reps to stay ahead of new features and betas
• Analyze campaign results and translate performance data into actionable insights
• Support managers in the team with campaign planning, client updates, and internal coordination
• Build strong working relationships with client services and client stakeholders

Success Measures

• Achievement of campaign KPIs and client satisfaction
• Strong internal audit scores for account quality
• Creation of case studies showcasing performance and innovation

• Key Responsibilities

• Expertise in PPC, staying current with trends, updates, and techniques
• Solid grounding in digital media and cross-channel understanding
• Accountability for quality and results
• Adaptability beyond core tasks
• Consistent demonstration of agency values and behaviors

Skills:

• 3+ years of Paid Search experience managing significant campaigns
• Certifications required
• Proficiency in paid search platforms and related tools
• Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret trends and variances
• Demonstrated experience coaching or mentoring others
