Job Description for Paid media role: Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns tailored to clients from varied domains. Serve as the primary liaison for clients—managing relationships and communicating campaign strategy, progress, and performance. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance visibility and lead generation for clients through strategic campaigns. Monitor ad spend and campaign budgets, improving key metrics such as Cost per Lead (CPL) and Cost per Acquisition (CPA) . Generate and present detailed performance reports to clients with a focus on campaign ROI and lead generation outcomes. Work with content and design teams to develop engaging, high-performing ad creatives. Continuously analyze and refine campaign performance, recommending actionable insights for improvement. What We’re Looking For: 3-6 experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) Strong analytical skills and familiarity with reporting tools like Google Analytics and Google Data Studio. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. Passion for performance marketing and a keen eye for detail. Why Join Us?
