We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and other B2B channels.

Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize B2B paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta)
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to improve campaign relevance and performance
• Create and manage campaigns for lead generation, retargeting, and brand awareness
• Monitor daily performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS) and provide actionable insights
• Perform A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to maximize conversions
• Assist in setting up and managing conversion tracking and attribution using tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and communicating performance to internal teams and stakeholders
• Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform innovations

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing B2B paid ad campaigns
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics platforms
• Experience with lead generation funnels and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Solid understanding of B2B buyer journeys and persona targeting
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for campaign reporting and analysis
• Analytical mindset with a test-and-learn approach
