Paid Media Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly driven Paid Media Buyer who can manage, optimize and scale our ad campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid ads, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of performance marketing for D2C/E-commerce brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms.
• Execute all campaigns hands-on, ensuring optimal performance and maximum ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing for audiences, creatives and placements.
• Monitor, analyze and fix CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
• Manage full-funnel strategies including top-of-funnel prospecting and remarketing/retargeting.
• Optimize campaigns based on real-time performance metrics (ROAS, MER, CTR, CPC etc.).
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams for ad creatives, copies and campaign strategy.
• Prepare regular reports on performance, insights and future recommendations.
• Implement audience segmentation and leverage data-driven strategies to scale budgets effectively.
• Maintain strong understanding of paid media trends, platform updates and advanced targeting methods.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Paid Media Buyer, Performance Marketer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of paid advertising across Meta, Google and other platforms.
• Experience in performance optimization, retargeting campaigns, and funnel-based strategies.
• Ability to independently manage budgets and scale campaigns.
• Hands-on expertise in analytics tools and ad dashboards.
• Prior experience in D2C or E-commerce advertising is a big plus.
• Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
