Paid Media Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Paid Media Executive with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving performance marketing efforts to generate high-quality leads, increase ROI, and support overall business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

2. Manage budgets, monitor performance metrics, and continuously A/B test creatives, ad copies, and targeting strategies.

3. Track and report campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.

4. Collaborate with creative, strategy, and sales teams to align media efforts with business objectives.

5. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to improve targeting and conversions.

6. Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices to ensure campaign efficiency.

7. Implement tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and work with tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, etc.

Job Requirement

1. 4 to 5 years of experience in managing end-to-end paid media campaigns.

2. Proven track record of running high-budget campaigns with measurable ROI.

3. Expertise in platforms like Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.

4. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and reporting tools.

5. Experience with landing page optimization and funnel performance.

6. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
