Job Title: Paid Marketing Manager – Meta Ads & Google Ads
Location: Noida Sec 2

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Paid Marketing Manager to lead our performance marketing efforts across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid channels, campaign optimization, audience targeting, analytics, and ROI-driven strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
Plan, create, and manage high-performing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).

Execute A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, targeting, placements, and bidding strategies.

Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust campaigns for maximum ROI.

Strategy & Optimization
Develop paid marketing strategies to meet lead generation, sales, and brand awareness goals.

Optimize campaigns for conversions, CPA, ROAS, and overall efficiency.

Identify new opportunities within platforms to scale performance.

Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.

Generate weekly/monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

Monitor competitor activities and industry benchmarks.

Budget Management
Manage monthly ad budgets and allocate spending effectively across channels.

Ensure optimal utilization of budgets with minimum wastage.

Collaboration
Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.

Provide insights to enhance landing pages and improve conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualification
Proven experience (3+ years) in Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign management.

Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS).

Hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking setup.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and reporting abilities.

Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Marketing (preferred).

Experience with eCommerce, lead generation, or D2C brands is a plus.
