Job Title: Associate/SME Performance Marketing Executive Location: Remote (Anywhere in India only) Shift Time: 9:00pm to 6:00am IST Job Summary: The Performance Marketing Associate/SME will be responsible for leading our Clients Performance Marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, overseeing a monthly budget. This includes developing and implementing campaigns, optimizing current campaigns, and leading and developing a team of analysts with the intent of building a funnel of demand. Job Duties: Track, analyze, and report on key KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate, etc.) for multiple client ad accounts. Create weekly/monthly performance reports, highlighting trends and actionable insights. Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance. Use Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or other analytics tools to automate and visualize reports. Set up and launch campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok Manage ad group/ad set structuring, budget allocation, and audience targeting. Ensure proper pixel tracking, UTM tagging, and conversion tracking. Assist in A/B testing of creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies Qualification Strong experience in planning & delivery for performance-based clients for B2C brands. Education: Graduate in any streams. 2 to 6 years of experience in performance marketing Hands on experience on Google platforms AdWords (Search, Display, YT) / DV 360, Social Media Platform such as Facebook Ads Manager, Power Editor. Good to have experience with Amazon (AMS) & Flipkart advertising platform. Good to have experience on any programmatic / trading platform. Performance marketing (Google Ads + Meta, Tik-Tok is a plus) Familiarity with ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads) Reporting of key KPIs from ad platforms and analyzing the data to provide key account insights and KPIs In depth knowledge of campaign setups, ad set/ad group setup and ad launches Excellent communication skills Good analytical skills. • Keeps attention to detail.
