Role - Senior Manager Ecommerce Performance Marketing
Location - Bangalore
Responsibilities:
* Drive performance marketing for products across leading marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
* Execute and optimize campaigns through strategic bidding, A/B testing, and growth hacking initiatives to maximize visibility and conversion.
* Leverage marketplace tools and analytics to develop data-driven marketing strategies and forecast performance for achieving maximum ROI.
* Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring budget efficiency and measurable outcomes.
* Analyze traffic, conversion, and revenue metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with category, pricing, and creative teams to ensure brand alignment and campaign effectiveness.
* Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and evolving marketplace trends to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
* 6+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing across ecommerce marketplaces.
* Strong working knowledge of Amazon Ads, Myntra Ads, and Flipkart Ads platforms.
* Proficiency with Amazon Pi, Flipkart, and Myntra Insights portals for analytics and campaign optimization.
* Proven track record in performance forecasting, budget planning, and ROI maximization.
* MBA from a reputed B-school preferred.
