This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience running paid campaigns for international eCommerce brands and is comfortable working across platforms for organic social media, tools, and touchpoints — including Shopify and SEO. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across: Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max) Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) TikTok Ads / Pinterest Ads (bonus but not required) Conduct regular performance reviews, budget optimisations, and A/B tests Collaborate with creative teams to brief ad creatives and landing page assets Track performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.) and deliver regular reporting Work on Shopify-connected eCommerce sites, managing product feeds and pixel integrations Support clients with basic SEO improvements (on-page audits, keyword targeting, SEO content input) Assist in account management – participating in calls, reporting updates, and strategy alignment Stay on top of platform updates, best practices, and new ad features/tools What You’ll Bring 2–4 years of hands-on experience in paid ads for eCommerce (international markets preferred) Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager Familiarity with Shopify , Google Merchant Center, and feed optimisation tools Basic understanding of SEO principles and eCommerce search intent Comfortable with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Looker Studio, etc.) Strong attention to detail and results-driven mindset Good communication skills — able to explain performance clearly and confidently Bonus: Experience with Klaviyo, TikTok Ads, or automation tools (Zapier, Feedonomics) What We Offer A chance to work with exciting global eCommerce brands Hybrid with 1-2 days in our Gurgaon office Opportunity to learn and grow across all areas of digital marketing Access to training, certifications, and new tools A collaborative and curious team culture with a love for smart marketing
