About the Role

Performance Ads Manager – Marketplaces

ads, data science, and growth

What You’ll Do

  • Own

    ad performance and ROAS

    across Amazon and other marketplaces globally.
  • Plan and manage multi-country ad budgets with a

    data-first performance mindset

    .
  • Use

    AI-based ad tools

    (AMC, Perpetua, Intentwise, Quartile, Skai, etc.) to optimize campaigns in real time.
  • Run

    A/B tests

    for ad copy, images, and landing pages to maximize conversions.
  • Build and maintain

    dashboards

    to track ad efficiency, revenue attribution, and contribution margin.
  • Partner with product and marketplace leads to design

    scalable ad funnels

    (awareness consideration purchase repeat).
  • Work closely with creative and analytics teams to ensure

    data-driven storytelling

    and audience segmentation.
  • Leverage

    Amazon Marketing Cloud

    and

    data APIs

    to uncover new growth insights.
  • Continuously evaluate and integrate new

    AI tools

    and automation frameworks for campaign management.
  • Have a sharp eye for creative direction and copywriting

    — ensuring every ad communicates clearly, converts efficiently, and reflects Ultrahuman’s brand tone.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing

    large-scale performance campaigns

    on Amazon (Seller & Vendor Central).
  • Strong analytical chops – Excel, Looker Studio, or SQL-based dashboards.
  • Deep understanding of

    Amazon Ads, AMC, DSP, and attribution models.

  • Experience using or integrating

    AI-based ad platforms

    or bidding algorithms.
  • Comfort with

    data interpretation, ROAS tracking, and LTV:CAC modeling.

  • Experience working across multiple geographies or product categories.
