Performance Marketing Executive

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital campaigns across various platforms to drive business growth and improve ROI. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram. - Monitoring campaign performance daily and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. - Collaborating with creative and content teams to produce compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages. - Conducting A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and ad placements to determine the most effective approach. - Utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking solutions to measure campaign success and user behavior. - Managing performance marketing budgets and ensuring campaigns stay within budget while meeting performance goals. - Providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders. - Staying up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in performance or digital marketing roles. - Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and analytics platforms. - Knowledge of SEO, CRM tools, and email marketing is a plus. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
