Key Responsibilities: Dive into design briefs to fully understand project goals and requirements Manage project timelines and ensure budgets are met without compromising creativity Conceptualize and create eye-catching visuals that align with our brand’s identity Develop rough drafts, present ideas, and iterate based on feedback Craft unique illustrations, logos, and graphics, using both software and hand-drawn techniques Choose the right colors and layouts that amplify the impact of each design Collaborate with copywriters and the creative director to bring the vision to life Test and optimize graphics for various media platforms Revise designs based on feedback to deliver the perfect final product Ensure all graphics are polished, on-brand, and visually stunning What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a graphic designer with a portfolio that showcases your creativity Mastery of design software like InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop , and others A sharp eye for aesthetics, composition, and detail Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team The ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus , but passion and creativity are key!
