Job Description

Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)
Plan, schedule, and execute daily posts to drive engagement and audience growth.
Create and manage marketing strategies for music releases, artist promotions, and campaigns.
Run and optimize paid ad campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Spotify, YouTube, and other platforms.
Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve reach and conversions.
Collaborate with the content and creative team to design engaging visuals, reels, and marketing material.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and platform algorithms.
Build strong community engagement by responding to audience interactions, comments, and messages.
Work closely with artists and internal teams to ensure timely execution of release campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field.
3-6 years of hands-on experience in digital and social media marketing.
Proven track record in growing brand presence and audience engagement.
Strong knowledge of running paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Spotify Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads).
Creative mindset with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Existing experience of working with influencers
Familiarity with music/entertainment industry is a strong plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple project deadlines.
