To excel in this role, you should bring: - Strong experience in Paid Marketing (Google + Meta) - Deep understanding of SEO / Local SEO / AI-driven automation - Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Tag Manager, n8n, and AI content tools - Analytical mindset that relies on data for decision-making - Hands-on attitude, capable of independent thinking, execution, and optimization Bonus points if you have experience in solar or renewable energy marketing, Malayalam language skills for localized campaigns, proficiency in WordPress / Webflow for landing pages, and thrive in a startup environment characterized by chaos. The compensation for this position ranges from 35,000 to 50,000 INR per month, depending on your portfolio and performance. Successful candidates have the potential to grow into the Head of Growth role within 6-9 months.
