The candidate will be responsible for managing a multi-functional digital team, driving leads for residential and commercial projects, and ensuring high-quality brand presence across all digital touchpoints. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing - Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. - Optimize CPL, CTR, conversion ratio, and overall campaign ROI - Implement retargeting, A/B testing, and lookalike audience strategies 2. Content Strategy & Supervision - Drive creation of engaging content: project reels, walkthroughs, landing pages, brochures, and emailers - Review and edit all content to maintain high standards of grammar, tone, and message in fluent English - Supervise content team including writers, designers, video editors, and freelancers 3.
