Job Description

Role in developing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms like Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Key responsibilities include managing campaign budgets, conducting keyword research, creating ad content, analyzing performance data using tools like Google Analytics, A/B testing for optimization, and collaborating with creative and marketing teams to achieve business goals such as driving traffic and brand awareness.


Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy:Develop and implement paid media strategies across various digital channels to meet marketing objectives. Campaign Management:Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, which includes managing budgets, setting bids, and allocating spend to maximize ROI. Performance Analysis:Monitor campaign performance, analyze data to identify trends, and generate detailed reports to provide actionable insights for improvement. Ad Creation:Collaborate with creative teams to design compelling ad copy and creatives that resonate with the target audience. Optimization:Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements to continuously improve performance metrics. Keyword Research:Perform keyword research to identify relevant terms and build effective ad groups for search advertising. Trend Monitoring:Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and platform changes in paid media to ensure campaigns are competitive and effective. Reporting:Provide regular reports on campaign performance to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.


Key Skills & QualificationsAnalytical Skills:The ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make informed decisions is crucial for optimizing campaigns. Platform Proficiency:Strong proficiency with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads is essential. Digital Marketing Tools:Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting platforms is necessary. Budget Management:Proven ability to manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to achieve maximum return on investment. Creativity:A creative mindset to develop engaging ad content and innovative marketing solutions is beneficial. Communication:Excellent written and oral communication skills to present data and collaborate with internal teams. Collaboration:Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative and product development.
