About the Role:

We’re looking for a Marketing Growth Manager to drive rider engagement and campaigns for riders. The ideal candidate will create creative strategies, test cost-effective channels, and elevate our brand on social media. 
 

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing, preferably in consumer tech, logistics, or gig platforms.
  • Proven track record in ROI optimization, funnel improvement, and multi-channel marketing.
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing, creative testing, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to collaborate with design, tech, and business teams to translate insights into action.
  • Creative mindset with an analytical edge — someone who can ideate and execute with equal rigor.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Design and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, including digital, ATL, and BTL efforts, to attract and retain riders while boosting conversion rates.  
  • Create visuals and content for WhatsApp, IVR, app banners, and push notifications, customizing them to fit rider needs.  
  • Analyze which channels (e.g., social, paid media) deliver the best ROI, using GMV and ad spend data to refine strategies.  
  • Enhance our brand on social media with targeted posts, co-branded campaigns, and influencer partnerships to drive engagement.  
  • Optimize rider engagement funnels to reduce drop-offs and increase conversions.   
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to keep our approach competitive.  
  • Drive multilingual campaigns tailored to different geographies, ensuring effective communication in local languages to expand reach
