Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Pune Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2+ years in social media management and Client Serving in a digital

Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Team Management • Lead and mentor a team of social media executives, content creators, and designers. • Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure timely execution of social media campaigns. • Conduct weekly strategy meetings to align goals, brainstorm content ideas, and optimize workflow. • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.
2. Social Media Strategy & Execution • Develop and implement a high-impact social media strategy to grow brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. • Oversee the end-to-end execution of content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement. • Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visuals across all social platforms. • Identify trending content formats and integrate them into the strategy to maximize engagement.
3. Campaign & Performance Management • Plan and execute data-driven social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter). • Optimize paid and organic social media strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness. • Track KPIs such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, conversions, and ROI to evaluate performance. • Provide monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
4. Client & Stakeholder Communication
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding social media initiatives. • Present performance reports, campaign strategies, and growth plans to senior management and clients. • Work closely with SEO, Paid Ads, and Content Marketing teams to ensure an integrated marketing approach.
5. Social Media Trend Analysis & Innovation • Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms to keep strategies relevant. • Implement AI-powered tools and automation for enhanced efficiency in social media execution. • Explore opportunities for influencer collaborations and viral marketing campaigns.
Requirements: • Experience: 2+ years in social media marketing and Client Serving preferably in
a digital marketing agency.
•Education: Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Skills: o Strong leadership and team management experience. o Expertise in social media strategy, content planning, and paid social campaigns. o Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.). o Experience in budgeting, campaign execution, and performance tracking. o Exceptional communication skills for client and stakeholder management. o Hands-on experience with video content, reels, and influencer marketing o Previous experience in a fast-paced digital agency environment. o Strong copywriting and creative storytelling skills. o Experience in B2B and B2C social media marketing. o Knowledge of AI-driven social media tools for automation and analytics.
