About The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Paid Marketing Specialist to manage and scale performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms. You'll be working directly with our internal team and client to drive traffic, generate high-quality leads, and improve ROAS through ongoing testing, optimization, and strategy refinement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and other platforms as needed
- Analyze performance metrics and create actionable strategies to optimize CPL, CTR, CAC, and ROAS
- Design and run A/B tests for ad creatives, targeting, bidding, and landing pages
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create ad copies, creatives, and funnels
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and next steps
- Suggest improvements to landing pages, ad funnels, and pixel setups
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in running ROI-focused campaigns on Google & Meta platforms
- Strong knowledge of ad campaign structures, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking
- Proficient in using Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
- Good understanding of eCommerce metrics (ROAS, LTV, CAC, etc.)
- Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and accountability
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Canva, etc.
- Knowledge of UTM tracking, GA4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (Data Studio)
- Experience in landing page CRO and funnel optimization
- Capability to manage modest budgets and scale efficiently
