Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Paid Campaign Executive to assist in
planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
This role is ideal for someone with a basic understanding of paid ads and a passion for driving
measurable growth through performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Planning & Strategy
- Plan, create, and launch high-performing ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram,
- Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Define campaign goals (brand awareness, lead generation, sales conversions, etc.).
- Identify the right campaign type: search, display, video, shopping, remarketing, etc.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaign goals with business objectives.
2. Audience Targeting & Segmentation
- Conduct audience research using platform insights and analytics tools.
- Use demographic, psychographic, and behavioral data to create targeted audience segments.
- Leverage custom audiences, lookalike audiences, interest targeting, and retargeting.
- Set up retargeting campaigns for website visitors, cart abandoners, and engaged users.
3. Budget Management & Bid Strategy
- Allocate budgets effectively across platforms and campaigns.
- Monitor and adjust daily/monthly spending based on performance.
- Optimize bids manually or via automated rules for cost-efficiency.
- Balance cost per result with overall budget goals (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
4. Creative Collaboration & Ad Development
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Create variations for A/B testing (headlines, CTAs, visuals).
- Ensure creatives adhere to platform guidelines and brand tone.
- Provide briefs and performance feedback to creative teams.
5. Campaign Execution & Management
- Set up campaigns in Ads Manager or Google Ads with correct targeting, placements, and tracking.
- Troubleshoot delivery or disapproval issues proactively.
- Maintain campaign health by checking budgets, ad frequency, and delivery status.
6. Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA, conversion rate.
- Optimize campaigns by pausing underperforming ads, reallocating budgets, refining targeting, and updating creatives.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and placements.
7. Reporting & Insights
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Analyze data to identify trends and performance gaps.
- Provide recommendations for future improvements.
- Present insights to internal teams or clients in a structured manner.
8. Platform Knowledge & Trend Awareness
- Stay updated on ad platform changes, policy updates, and new features.
- Explore beta features or new ad formats.
- Attend webinars, courses, or industry events to enhance knowledge.
- Apply learnings to improve campaign innovation and performance.
9. Tools & Technical Skills (Optional but Preferred)
- Use tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager, etc.
- Implement UTM parameters and conversion tracking pixels.
- Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
Required Skill
- 1-2 yr experience in Paid Campaigns
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and their respective algorithms
- Experience of digital advertising and campaign management
- Expertise in Campaign Analysis , Tracking & optimisation
- Proficiency in social media management tools
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client projects
