About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Low Code Developer
skilled in
OutSystems
and
Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
to design, develop, and deliver scalable low-code solutions. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong technical proficiency, effective communication and presentation skills, and the ability to independently handle client engagements while leading a small team of developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Development
- Architect and develop end-to-end applications using OutSystems (Reactive, Traditional, and Mobile) and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Build reusable components, connectors, and frameworks to accelerate development.
- Integrate solutions with APIs, SharePoint, Azure, SQL, and other enterprise systems.
- Apply responsive UI design principles and ensure adherence to performance and security best practices.
- Client & Stakeholder Management
- Work directly with clients and business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct solution walkthroughs, and provide technical recommendations.
- Participate in client presentations, demos, and status reviews with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Leadership & Delivery
- Lead and mentor a small team of low-code developers.
- Oversee solution delivery, ensuring on-time completion and adherence to project quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, analysts, and testers for seamless delivery.
- Quality & Governance
- Ensure compliance with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and governance standards across both platforms.
- Promote best practices for documentation, version control, and component reusability.
Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Skills
- Proven hands-on experience in OutSystems (Reactive, Mobile, Traditional Web) development including data modeling, logic, UI, and integrations.
- Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) and Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows) with strong understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, and PowerFx.
- Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, REST APIs, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS preferred.
- Exposure to environment setup, deployment, and monitoring within OutSystems and Power Platform.
- Professional Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and lead a small team effectively.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
