Job Description

Solution Design & Development
Architect and develop end-to-end applications using
OutSystems (Reactive, Traditional, and Mobile)
and
Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
.
Build reusable components, connectors, and frameworks to accelerate development.
Integrate solutions with
APIs, SharePoint, Azure, SQL, and other enterprise systems
.
Apply responsive UI design principles and ensure adherence to performance and security best practices.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Work directly with
clients and business stakeholders
to gather requirements, conduct solution walkthroughs, and provide technical recommendations.
Participate in client presentations, demos, and status reviews with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Leadership & Delivery
Lead and mentor a small team of low-code developers.
Oversee solution delivery, ensuring on-time completion and adherence to project quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, analysts, and testers for seamless delivery.
Quality & Governance
Ensure compliance with
ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)
and
governance standards
across both platforms.
Promote best practices for documentation, version control, and component reusability.
