Job Title: Outreach Specialist

Location: Noida

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Outreach Handler to oversee and manage outreach campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and tracking outreach projects to ensure they meet performance goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and can coordinate effectively between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage end-to-end outreach campaigns, ensuring timely execution and success.

● Research and identify relevant websites, influencers, and industry contacts for collaboration.

● Develop and send outreach emails, follow up on responses, and build relationships with potential partners.

● Work closely with content and SEO teams to align outreach efforts with marketing strategies.

● Track campaign performance, maintain outreach records, and generate reports.

● Ensure all outreach activities meet project deadlines and KPIs.

● Stay updated on industry trends and explore new opportunities to improve outreach success.

Qualifications & Skills:

● Previous experience in outreach, digital marketing, or link building is preferred.

● Strong project management and organizational skills.

● Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

● Ability to multitask and manage multiple outreach campaigns at once.

● Familiarity with outreach and SEO tools is a plus.

● A results-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Requirements:

● 2-4 years of experience in outreach, link-building

● Strong written and verbal communication skills.

● Basic understanding of SEO, link-building strategies, and search engine guidelines.

● Experience with outreach tools like BuzzStream, Pitchbox, or similar platforms is a plus.

● Proficiency in using Google Sheets, Excel, and email marketing tools.

● Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.

● A proactive mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Preferred:

● Prior experience in outreach for industries such as legal, finance, health, technology etc.

● Knowledge of CRM tools and email automation platforms.
